1. General Terms and Conditions : Before inputting billing information all customers
must agree to the Terms and Conditions of this web site. By making an order by fax or
e-mail, the customer automatically agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the site.
2. Our Policy : Bowl plus is committed to providing bowling products of high quality
and value. If you purchase any item from us, that for any reason fails to give complete
satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange, or for a refund so long as it is
new and unused, and in its original packaging.
The following products may NOT be returned:
1. Used Merchandise
2. Special Orders
3. Closeout Items
This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Exceptions may apply for gift items purchased in advance. All return shipping charges
must be prepaid by the customer.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased to Bowl plus.
Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
3. Warranty : Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product
manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products,
and may be found on their respective websites.
Please contact Bowl plus prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.
4. Voids/Cancellation/Errors : Bowl plus has the right to void or cancel any order at
anytime without reason. From time to time errors and typos occur. Bowl plus reserves
the right to correct these errors on the Bowl Plus website, email, banner ads and any

5. Payments: Only wire transfers or payment by Credit Card are allowed for international
orders. FREE Shipping is only available within France (except Corsica & french islands) if
total amount ordered is over 100 €.
6. Customs: Any customs costs stay at charge of the customer if they’are applied. Bowl Plus
is not responsible of any customs costs paid by the customer. All items are Exworks sold.
7. Choice of Law: Jurisdiction and Venue - All issues or disputes arising from sales from this
websites "www.bowlplus.com" shall be determined in accordance with french laws of the city of
Lyon (France). Jurisdiction and Venue shall lie in the courts in the city of Lyon (France).
No claims may be made in any other court.
